If you get a full 7 or 8 hours of sleep, this can do wonders for your body. You feel refreshed, recharged, and your skin glows without any expensive skin creams, lotions, or serums.

    Totally agree! I notice that when I get 8 hours of sleep, my skin looks so much better. Not only for my skin, I tend to feel more energetic in the morning and the cravings for unhealthy food also decline. Sleeping early will be one of the habits that I’m trying to form for 2021.
