We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $300 or more for all domestic orders.
Our Shipping Process
We will package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. All in stock items are estimated to arrive within 5-10 business days after shipping. For more specific shipping times, please reference the product page details under “Shipping.”
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, Oliamoda cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, carrier delays, COVID-19, etc.
It is not possible to reroute a package once it has been shipped. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders being shipped to incorrect addresses or left unclaimed. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, we can arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply for this service and will vary by order. We are unable to provide any refunds for items that are shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Since many of our products are handmade in small batches, some items may be made available for pre-order and an estimated shipping date will be included on the product and checkout pages. Please note that these dates are estimates and we will ship out these orders as soon as we can.
