Returns Policy

Purchases made on our website may be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with shipping items back to us. Please email for return instructions.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

Oliamoda reserves the right to refuse returns for any merchandise not in resalable condition.

Conditions of Return

  • Items must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged) with Oliamoda exchange & return tag.
  • All returns must be accompanied with your invoice as proof of purchase.
  • Handbags must be returned with protective linen cover and return tag.
  • Footwear must be returned with protective dust cover and return tag
  • Please note that Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds. 
  • All special order, pre-order, and made-to-order items are non-refundable.
  • Please note for hygiene reasons we do not return earrings, swimsuits and bodysuits.

Oliamoda reserves the right to reject any returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not fulfil our return policy may be shipped back to the client at their own cost.

An extra $25 handling fee will be charged from the refund amount if your return parcel is eligible for a refund. This charge will be deducted from your refund.

Oliamoda does not cover the cost of international returns. The actual shipping cost (both ways) will be deducted from the full amount if your parcel is eligible for a refund. 

Duties & Taxes: 

Depending on the destination country and purchase value of your order, you may be required to pay duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the receiver to pay for this charge, not Oliamoda.

Oliamoda y is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders that are returned. Should you require further information regarding duties and taxes please contact your local customs office.

Order Changes & Cancellation

You can email to request a cancellation or make any changes to your order within 24 hours. We are only able to cancel or change your order if it is still currently processing. Unfortunately, Oliamoda cannot make any changes for orders that have already shipped. 

Please be certain of your pre-order as we do not accept cancellation on pre-orders that are placed.


We do not accept exchange at the moment. Please return any unwanted merchandise for a store credit, and then place a new order for additional items. 

Processing Your Refund

Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. Your refund will be completed via the original payment method, with the amount of return shipping deducted from your refund. 

Undeliverable Package

Undeliverable packages that are returned to us will not automatically be re-shipped. If you would like to make any changes to the delivery address, you are responsible for any re-shipping fees. 

All returns need to be made within 14 days after receiving the items. We suggest to check each product measurement in advance, to make sure the sizing is suitable, before making the purchase.

Please note that the product must be shipped back to us at your own expense.

If you want to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours after placing the order. If the order has already been shipped (or 24 hours have passed), we won’t be able to offer a cancelation. 

Oliamoda is not liable for the loss of items in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
