Must have item for Fall – The Bomber Jacket
Today I am sharing how to style the must have item of the season – the bomber jacket! We have seen it at the fashion weeks this year and last and now its our turn to own this wear – everywhere piece that will aid your transition into fall. In short, it is such a versatile item, perfect with denim dress or formal wear.
The egalitarian flight jacket originated during WWII; emblematic of punk, then hip-hop, then grunge and is now revamped in a variety of tones and textures. We are all familiar with the silhouette of this classic jacket, but depending on the material and color your look can range from elegant to edgy. Bomber jackets come in unlimited variety of textures, patterns and material. It is your choice to decide which one suits your personality best, but the example I am sharing is the girls ultimate best friend. It is reversible:)
This lovely number has the stylish embroidery on one side, giving it a fresh edgy look and the other side has that old-school traditional shiny satin that will dress up any of your outfits.
In essense, this lightweight outerwear is the kind of staple you can always throw on during that in-between weather.
Whether you’re hanging out with friends on the weekend or dressing for another day at the office, this amazing layer can really top off every kind of look. For example this blush pink bomber is an unexpected feminine touch to an otherwise black masculine attire.
Ladies, this season’s must-have essential is the bomber jacket. There’s no other shell-like silhouette that has the toughness of a flight jacket and the athleisure vibe of a varsity jacket, but zips up in the girly-chicness of sheen and satin. Get yours soon. If you want the exact one I am wearing, join me at my first Pop-Up shop at Skool on K and get yours:)
