- Dogs must not be left alone inside or outside the property, but you can enjoy the fully fenced yard together.
- Make sure it latches well as there are two small and friendly dogs on the premises.
- Dogs are not allowed in the pool or jacuzzi, but you can take them to the nearby river bank for a swim.
- Please clean up after your dog using the provided pooper scooper.
- There is a flat fee of $40 per pet stay for up to one week after that additional charges for another week of stay
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets during their stay.
Please respect the noise ordinance of 9am-9pm, the neighbors next door is very fussy about late check ins and noise in the driveway, please keep that in mind so everyone can keep enjoying the property and its offerings.
- If you have a second car please park it on the street, in front of my house (little wire gate) – no parking in front of any others homes please.
- Use of the pool and jacuzzi is allowed between the hours of 9am and 9pm. Guests must adhere to the rules of using the pool, which include cleaning up all toys and other items after use.
- Pool towels are provided in the guest house and guests are expected to use them for pool and jacuzzi use only. We kindly ask that you use the towels as needed
- No glass is allowed anywhere outside on the property. Especially pool or jacuzzi area. please use plastic cups provided for you.
- No gatherings of any kind are allowed without prior approval from the host.
- Only two registered guests are allowed on the property at any given time. Any visitors must beapproved by the host prior to their arrival, and additional fees may apply.
No smoking is allowed inside the house. Any guests found with evidence of smoking inside the house will be subject to a fine of $500.
Smoking is allowed outside, provided that guests use the provided ashtray to dispose of cigarette butts.
*Any damages or missing items will result in a minimum charge of $150
