How to Rock a Hot Color For Fall Season – Olive Green

olive green

I have to admit, olive green and green in any shade is one of my favorite colors to wear. It is a great color to wear for brunettes, blondes and girls with darker skin tones. Good news, this color is hot this coming fall and below I list how you can rock it in stride.

It a bonus that this shade never goes out of style. The hue of this green is a perfect color, reminiscent of the fall foliage pending fall season.

Rooted in the military history, olive green is one of the most timeless and versatile colors in our wardrobes. Through years of interpretation in the fashion industry, the military color has endured as an iconic shade to wear when you want to feel grounded, effortless, and cool.

Going monochromatic with olive green is one of the freshest ways to wear the military look. Wearing an olive green dress you’ll be able to participate in the military trend while staying true to your feminine style. So this button up shirt dress combines so many trends. The cut, the collar and the edgy open shoulder detail make it such a fun option for a polished work look or a fun night out.

I made this look chic by adding blush heels and a pastel colored purse, furthermore the blush pink elevated the otherwise masculine color.

Another huge trend to notice this season are triangle and circle purses. I picked up this number on my last trip to Europe from Uterque. Sadly it is not offered in America yet, but I linked similar purses for you below.

Wheather you choose to wear olive green to work, a night out or a social gathering, you can’t go wrong. Olive green is a classic and versatile shade you can wear for a lifetime in creating your statement outfits.
